Programme Production and Reporting

This involves non-contentious issues and we will prepare a linked base-line programme for monitoring throughout the project. A monthly update and projection of this programme will take into account any factors that may affect the end-completion date.

Often contractors and sub-contractors fail to provide effective notice, at the time, of delay or disruption. Our monthly updating process will show a detailed analysis of the programme, at any point in time, and will include a narrative and evidence of the factors causing delay and disruption.

Programme Analysis in Dispute Resolution

Many claims involve the preparation and analysis of the factors causing delay and disruption. This can either be in defence of a claim for liquidated damages or alternatively as a demonstration of entitlement of prolongation and disruption costs.

We aim to provide a clear representation in programme format of our clients entitlement to an extension of time and the associated costs.

Our monthly updating process will show a detailed analysis of the programme...
